Questions from individuals
Away from light and humidity, in an airtight container, at room temperature. A well-stored pod keeps its aromatic intensity for several months, even years.
Contrary to popular belief, a quality vanilla pod often improves with time when well stored — it doesn’t strictly “expire”.
Split the pod lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with the tip of a knife, and infuse the pod itself (milk, cream, syrup) so none of its aroma is lost.
Madagascar Bourbon vanilla is renowned for its aromatic richness and complexity, carried by a terroir that concentrates most of the world’s production and know-how passed down through generations.
