Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar (Vanilla Planifolia), sourced from the Maroantsetra region. Pods graded Gourmet Black Unsplit — whole, unsplit, selected for their aromatic intensity. 100% vanilla pods — no colouring, no preservatives, no additives. Non-GMO, non-irradiated.
Air the pods in the open for at least an hour after opening, before use. Store at room temperature (around 25°C), away from moisture, direct light and open air.
Every Vanilha Noire batch is tied to a phytosanitary certificate issued by Madagascar’s Directorate of Plant Protection, and to a GSP Form A certificate of origin confirming an entirely Malagasy origin within the meaning of European customs rules.
